01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and the operator of the y9998 platform (hereinafter "y9998", "we", "us" or "our"), accessible at https://y9998.cam.

03 Account Eligibility

Access to and use of the y9998 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater. 2. Legal Capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. 4. Single Account: Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts may be closed and associated balances forfeited.
5. Personal Use: Accounts must be registered for personal use only. Registration on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

04 Account Registration & KYC

To access the full functionality of the y9998 Platform, users must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current and complete information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.

4.1 Registration Information

During registration you will be required to provide, at minimum: your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a chosen password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. y9998 is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials.

4.2 KYC Verification

y9998 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and, in some cases, before allowing continued play beyond specified thresholds. KYC documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card, passport or driving licence) and proof of address. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify y9998 support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. y9998 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the Account.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Players may deposit funds using the payment methods listed in the live cashier at the time of deposit. Familiar Pakistani payment rails — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may appear as options depending on current availability.

y9998 does not accept deposits on behalf of third parties. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in PKR in the cashier and are subject to change.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; and (c) compliance with the Platform's anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and cannot be guaranteed. y9998 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks prior to processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing timeframes.

Withdrawals will be returned, where possible, to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed in the cashier in PKR and are subject to periodic review.

5.3 Currency

Account balances and transaction amounts are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for the convenience of Pakistani players. y9998 does not guarantee a specific PKR exchange rate and is not responsible for currency conversion losses arising from the use of non-PKR payment instruments.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

y9998 may, from time to time, offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers and other promotional incentives. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published at the time the promotion is active. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and contribution rates vary by game type and are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While Bonus Funds are active, a maximum bet limit per spin or wager applies. Placing bets above this limit may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings accumulated during the bonus period.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period, stated in the individual promotion terms. Unmet wagering requirements at expiry will result in the bonus and bonus-generated winnings being voided.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain bonuses impose a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from bonus-generated winnings. This cap is stated in each promotion's specific terms.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on the y9998 Platform are subject to the game-specific rules applicable at the time of play. In the case of any discrepancy between these general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in relation to that game.

7.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including cricket (PSL, ICC events, Test and T20 international matches), football, UFC and other events — are governed by the sportsbook rules published on the Platform. y9998 reserves the right to void markets, adjust odds or suspend betting on any event where there is evidence of market irregularity, data error, or where the integrity of the event is in question.

7.2 Casino & Live Dealer Games

Casino games, including slots, table games, live dealer games and instant-win formats, are governed by the rules of each individual game as presented within the game interface. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages and game rules are the responsibility of the respective game provider. y9998 presents these games on behalf of its studio partners and is not the game developer.

7.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a software, network or system error that affects the outcome of a game or wager, y9998 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the original stake. y9998 is not liable for any alleged winnings arising from a software malfunction.

08 Responsible Gambling

09 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the y9998 Platform:

• Using software, bots, scripts or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the y9998 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software and game content — is the property of y9998 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of y9998. Unauthorised use of Platform content may constitute a breach of these Terms and applicable law.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, y9998 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any financial losses arising from gambling activity.

y9998's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

y9998 makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose.

12 Suspension & Termination

y9998 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close a Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms or any associated policy.
• Suspicion of fraud, collusion, money laundering or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• At the Player's own request (including for self-exclusion purposes).
• As required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

Upon termination, any Real Funds balance remaining in the Account (net of any outstanding wagering requirements or pending verification) will be returned to the Player through the original deposit method, subject to completed KYC verification and applicable AML checks.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

Pakistani players should note that local laws — including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 — may apply independently of the governing law stated herein. y9998 makes no representation that the Platform is compliant with or authorised under Pakistani law.

14 Amendments

y9998 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
